SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR ENERGISING AFFIRMATIONS

You can read one affirmation, or as many as you like, plus your own, as often as you wish, or are able. There is no obligation. Be easy and relaxed about this. ENJOY THE PROCESS. In fact, if you can find something to make you laugh before you begin, you have kicked in some powerful energy! (Read some jokes. Think of a 'funniest home video'. Play with your pets. Etc.) Your energy can also be primed by looking at 'cute' animals, inspiring people, beautiful scenes in nature (have photos or posters if necessary).

 

THE MANIFESTATION BOX: Print out the affirmations and keep them in a special 'manifestation' box, or jar, or cauldron, or whatever can represent the Cosmic Womb of all Creation to you. This is a way of connecting with the DEEP MIND...the UNIVERSAL SUBCONSCIOUS MIND...the place where the seeds of creation are planted. You are PLANTING your affirmations...our group energy is what will nourish and nurture the process of 'growing' them. Have your basket ready for a whole bunch of sweet, sweet fruit!!

READ ALOUD: Your voice is an amazingly powerful tool! Read the affirmations aloud if you can. Go to the beach, or out in nature occasionally and read LOUDLY and THEATRICALLY! You will impact your subconscious mind in a number of ways. By hearing the words, by feeling the vibrations of the sound in your body, by taking an action which may be non-ordinary to you, and of course by seeing the words. Read them to or with a friend. Read them in 2nd and 3rd person eg. 'You are wonderful....' 'Tallulah is wonderful...' etc. Be creative and MAGICK WILL HAPPEN!

BUILD POSITIVE ENERGY BEFORE YOU START: By deep breathing, smiling for 1 minute, gazing at beauty, saying 'I LOVE YOU' to yourself, to your God, to the Universe or the world, for 1 minute. By calling on the Divine, God/dess, angels, elements of nature, power animals, reiki....whatever lights your inner fire and CONNECTS you. It doesn't have to take long, unless you want it to. ENJOY IT..the more you enjoy the doing, the more energy will flow.

SEE, HEAR,SMELL, TOUCH & TASTE IT: If you are visual, have a clear picture of the thing/condition, or a symbol of it. Eg. see yourself holding a KEY..it is the key to your perfect home or car etc....it is a symbol. (I have more fun walking through the house though!) Hear the sounds..waves crashing, birds singing, someone saying 'I love you', the purr of the Porsche..you get it. Smell is the most powerful sense as it goes directly to the subconscious/primal mind. Incense, salt air, hearth-fire smoke, flowers, engine oil, roses, expensive perfume...you CAN  imagine smells.  Imagine what it feels like, emotionally, physically, under your fingers...the front door handle...the bank statement for the million dollars smooth on your hand..a kiss...the leather steering wheel. Taste the five-star food..the fruit straight from the vine. MAKE IT REAL in your mind. It's FUN! 

GIVE THANKS: When you have finished give thanks THAT IT IS DONE! Get the FEELING of being/having/doing the thing, even momentarily....GET THE FEELING! AND GIVE MORE THANKS! THIS IS REALLY POWERFUL!

LET IT GO: Let it go into the Deep Mind to be 'processed and delivered'. If it occurs to you during the day, immediately give thanks that ALL IS WELL AND BEING PROCESSED IN THE RIGHT WAY AT THE RIGHT TIME...and let it go. Keep your mind occupied with as many 'feel-good' activities as possible. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT! We have on average 60,000 thoughts per day...a huge amount of energy. Give yourself a couple of thousand 'wail & wallow' thoughts if you need to, but keep 50,000 or so in the positive lane. THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!...and speed up manifestations. 'Feel-good' mental activities include, a 'homing thought' i.e. an affirnmation, mantra or idea you consciously bring your mind back to when it runs off; an exciting plan or vision which you return you mind to to work on; even puzzles, positive dvds/cds, doing art, music, creative activities (or even planning them). GET YOUR MIND IN LINE..lovingly and enjoyably.
