Cat sitting...mind knitting.....

Cat sitting quietly by me while my mind knits the yarn of a dozen colourful thoughts.....each thought a strand in the process of creating a new pattern...a new reality....
From whence did each thought arise....did I choose...did I allow these little creatures access to my awareness...did I create them......what is a thought?...and what is asking this question?
...a new reality manifesting...I CAN choose....

A Ho'oponopono Day

Joe Vitale has written a book called 'ZERO LIMITS'. In it he introduces us to a Hawaiian psychologist/shaman named Dr. Hew Len. It goes on a bit, so to cut to the chase, the new updated version of a Hawaiian spiritual practice called Ho'oponopono is being taught by Dr.Hew Len. It consists of a mantra-like repetition of four phrases...not directed anywhere in particular other than the Divine (or perhaps one's own inner child). He calls the process 'CLEANING' as it cleanses our own subconscious mind AS WELL AS the subconscious minds of others, removing old negative patterns with what are arguably the four most peace-promoting, healing words on the planet....

The inner child LOVES the process...and so do the inner children of others around the practitioner...! It is almost like putting a whole bunch of 'I LOVE YOU..I AM SORRY..PLEASE FORGIVE ME..THANK YOU' out into the ethers to connect up with the places, inner and outer, which need them for healing....I don't know how it works, but I am finding it very profound! According to Joe, this practice can heal and manifest all kinds of good... ...
